Small team. Personal care.

The standard is simple: treat every visit like someone trusted you with family.

Your route

A good walk is more than miles

Pet parents are trusting us with their animal, home, routine, and peace of mind. Every part of the visit counts.

  1. 01

    Arrive prepared

Review the pet's notes, check the leash setup, and follow the household routine.

  2. 02

    Walk one-on-one

Give each dog focused attention and choose a safe route that fits their pace.

  3. 03

    Secure the home

Refresh water, complete the potty break, check gates and doors, and leave the pet settled.

  4. 04

    Send the photo update

Send clear route notes and a photo update so the pet parent knows how the visit went.

The standard

What you're responsible for

These are not extras. Every walker on this list is expected to do all of them, on every visit.

  • Photo update after every visit

Every walk, check-in, or stay ends with a clear photo and a short note to the pet parent, not just on the easy days.

  • Meet and greet for every new client

You run the free 30-minute introduction at the client's home before their first booked service, and take notes on the dog's routine.

  • Respect every home

Keys, lockboxes, and smart-lock codes stay where they belong, gates and doors are secured, and the home is left exactly as you found it.

  • Follow the care plan

Potty break, fresh water, feeding, medication if needed, and the household's own routine, written down and passed on.

  • Communicate promptly

Arrive on time, message when you are there, and flag anything unusual the same day rather than the next week.

  • Keep dogs safe

One-on-one walks, quiet low-traffic routes for reactive or anxious dogs, and adjustments for rain and extreme heat.

If any of this feels like a stretch, the walker list is not the right fit yet. Pet parents are trusting you with their animal and their home at the same time.
