San Marino is one of the calmest places in my whole service area to walk a dog: wide streets, deep shade, very little through traffic and almost no sidewalk chaos. That makes it especially good for nervous, reactive or elderly dogs who find busier cities overwhelming. Lacy Park is the centrepiece, with a leashed loop and real grass, and the streets around the Huntington and Old Mill give you long, shaded blocks with hardly a car on them. It's also close to home base, so I can be flexible here in a way I can't at the eastern edge of my radius, including short-notice and split-schedule bookings. Walks are one-on-one, seven days a week from 7am to 9pm, with photos and a short note each time.

"Jessica is absolutely amazing! I have her walk my Arlo 4 times every week, and my baby loves her. Arlo is naturally a very shy, and reserved boy, but Jessica gave him time and now, I'm sure he looks forward to seeing her more than me sometimes. I will absolutely be recommending her to everyone I know."
"Jessica was a total lifesaver for me and my senior dog, Mimi. I needed a last-minute dog walker, and she stepped in with such kindness and care. From the moment they met, I could tell Mimi was in good hands. Jessica was gentle, patient, and treated her like family. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing someone so trustworthy was looking after her. We feel so lucky to have found her!"
$30 for 30 minutes and $45 for 60 minutes, +$10 per extra dog and +$10 on major holidays. No travel surcharge.
Lacy Park for a leashed grass loop, the Huntington perimeter and Old Mill streets for quiet shaded walking, and Huntington Drive or San Marino Ave for a simple flat 30-minute route.
Yes, it's about three miles from home base, so it's one of the easiest cities for me to cover, including short-notice requests.
One of the best. The streets are quiet enough that we can usually keep real distance from other dogs. I walk reactive dogs solo and plan the route around their triggers.
San Marino's tree cover helps a lot, but I still check the pavement, stick to the shadiest blocks at midday, and carry water.
Yes. Split schedules are easier here than at the edges of my radius because of how close it is to home base.
The meet & greet is free and there's no obligation. Walks start at $30.
