Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Jessica's Pawwsitive Care concerning your access to and use of our website and services.

Services

Jessica's Pawwsitive Care provides pet care services including dog walking, drop-in check-ins, day care, boarding, and overnight pet sitting for dogs, cats, and small pets.

Service Area

We serve Pasadena and the surrounding San Gabriel Valley, within roughly 10 miles of Pasadena:

South Pasadena
San Marino
Sierra Madre
Arcadia
Temple City
Monrovia
Duarte
La Cañada Flintridge
Glendale
Eagle Rock

Service Hours

Available 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Overnight stays available with advance notice.

Booking and Payments

All services must be booked in advance. We'll confirm within 24 hours. Same-day requests may be accommodated. Message us to check availability. We accept payment through Venmo, Cash, Credit/debit via invoice, and Zelle.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service will be charged the full rate.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your pet's health, behavior, and needs
Ensure your home is safe and accessible for our service provider
Maintain current vaccinations for your pets
Provide necessary supplies (food, medication, leashes, etc.)
Inform us of any changes to your pet's routine or condition

Service Provider Responsibilities

We agree to:

Provide the agreed-upon services with care and professionalism
Follow all instructions provided by the client to the best of my ability
Keep client information confidential
Report any concerns or incidents promptly
Treat all pets with kindness and respect

Liability

Jessica's Pawwsitive Care is not liable for any injury, illness, death, escape, or other harm to a pet that occurs despite reasonable care. We are not responsible for damage to your home beyond our control or due to a pet's behavior.

Emergency Veterinary Care

In the event of a pet emergency, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you first. If you cannot be reached, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care for your pet at your expense.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
