"We started using Jessica a few months ago after our schedule changed and we needed someone reliable to walk our dog, Archie, during the week. I was a little nervous at first because Archie can be pretty selective with new people and sometimes takes a while to warm up, but Jessica was incredibly patient with him from the beginning. She took the time to learn his normal routine, where he likes to walk, what makes him nervous, and even the little things like which treats he prefers. Within a few visits, Archie completely warmed up to her. Now when he realizes Jessica is coming, he waits by the door and gets ridiculously excited. What I appreciate most is how dependable and communicative she is. She always lets us know how the walk went and will mention if Archie seemed tired, wasn't eating normally, or was acting differently than usual. That kind of attention really gives us peace of mind because it feels like she actually knows him rather than just showing up, walking him, and leaving. We also recently had Jessica watch Archie and our cat, Maple, while we were out of town. She kept us updated throughout the trip, made sure both of them were comfortable, and sent us pictures so we knew everything was going well. Maple usually hides from almost everyone, but somehow Jessica managed to win her over too. When we came home, both pets were completely relaxed and the house looked exactly how we left it. Archie wasn't anxious or overly energetic, which has definitely happened after we've traveled in the past. Jessica is kind, responsible, easy to communicate with, and most importantly, someone we completely trust with our pets and our home.
